Spliff Payment and bank details

Payment options:

1.By paypal there's a surcharge of 3,5%

2.By credit card there's a surcharge of 3,5%

Please state the following:

a. credit card company

b. name on the card

c. expire date credit card number

d. The CVC (Card Verification Code) is the 3-digit number located on the back of your card, usually at the top of the signature strip.

3. If payment is transferred directly into our bank account any transfer charges are to be paid by the customer.

Holiday

It's that time of year again. Once a year we indulge ourselves in a holiday. The both of us will be gone a week to recharge our batteries. From 17 September up till 24 September 2010 Spliff will be closed for a holiday.

So when ordering do consider we are out of the country during that period

Order in time

To get your order on time, please note that we head down to our warehouse to pack orders on Thursday. Orders will be shipped the same day or the following morning. Within Holland this means the order will arrive either on Friday or Saturday, depending on the mail off course. So keep that in mind when you order. Orders for Amsterdam preferably placed before thursday.

Orders from foreign countries will have to be paid in advance. Once we receive the payment into our account we will ship. You can also fax or email a copy of the money transfer to speed up shipping. To Spain orders will generally take four or five days to arrive. Delivery time for Germany and Belgium will usually take 3 to 4 days. France and Great Britain will approximately take 4 to 5 days.
